​How do I select a package?
You must inform us of your choise of package by email to arrangementen@lockedup.be.​

What is the price of a package?​
 

A quote can be requested via the email address above. The request requires the following information:
 

  • desired package

  • date of visit

  • number of guests

  • desired catering option(s)

  • bring your own decorations or have IBIS decorate the hall (additional cost).

  • until what time would you like to use the hall?

Use of IBIS' private room is free of charge, provided at least one catering option is selected.

Birthday party package

Escape & Celebrate

Celebrate an unforgettable birthday!

Start with a thrilling escape room experience, then continue the party in the private room at Hotel IBIS, located opposite our venue.

​

Make the party complete and chose catering prepared by our partner IBIS, with a choice of hot or cold buffet including:

  • Pizzas

  • Croques

  • Hot pancakes with toppings

  • Soft pastries

  • Desserts and small snacks

  • Drinks for young and old​

 

Why this package is ideal:

  • Option to play music

  • Party room all to yourselves

  • Great fun for kids and adults alike

  • The room can be decorated by you (you must bring your own decorations) or by IBIS (a small additional fee applies).

Team building package

Escape & Meet

Combine fun with productivity!

Start by playing one of our challenging escape rooms, a fun team-building activity, and continue the day in the professionally equipped meeting room at Hotel IBIS, opposite our location.

Included:

  • Escape game of your choice

  • Use of a modern meeting room

  • Facilities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, projector, projection screen, 2 flipcharts with markers, pen and paper

 

Optional catering via hotel IBIS:

  • Coffee and tea breaks

  • Breaks with cookies or fruit

  • Buffet: sandwiches, salads, soup, croques, pizzas and desserts

Would you like to use the meeting room in the morning?

  • IBIS offers the option of breakfast at the buffet, which is available from 6am to 10am on weekdays and from 6am to 11am on weekends.

Kick off the bachelor party with one of our fun and exciting escape rooms, then head to Hotel IBIS for drinks, snacks, or a small party in a private room or on the terrace.
