Article 1: Booking and cancellation

1. Booking

Reservations can only be made online via the booking page at www.lockedup.be. When booking a game, you implicitly agree to the general terms and conditions and the internal regulations.  Payment is always made before the game: when booking with Bancontact and on site, payment can only be made in cash.

For companies or organizations with a company number, the invoice can be drawn up after the game, depending on the number of booked participants. Please indicate this on the reservation form when booking. Invoices are sent by email every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month.

2. Cancellation

  • Cancellation more than 4 weeks before the day of participation: the full amount will be refunded in the form of a gift voucher;

  • Cancellation between 2 and 4 weeks before the day of participation: 60% will be refunded in the form of a gift voucher;

  • Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the day of participation or no-show: no refund possible in any form.

Cancellations can only be made by email to info@lockedup.be stating the booked name, date, time, game and telephone number.

Locked Up reserves the right to cancel or change the booking on its own initiative or due to force majeure of an external party. In the event of a cancellation on our part, the full amount, if paid in advance, will be refunded within 15 days or proposed to reschedule the booking to a later date.

Locked Up reserves the right to refuse admission to any group or individual on a reasonable basis. No refund is possible in this case.

Article 2: Before, during and after the game

You are expected on site 15 minutes before the start time. Before the game, some explanation is given about the game and the story. For this reason, we reserve the right to refuse access to groups that arrive more than 15 minutes after the start time of the activity. We will then check whether it is still possible to start in the event of late arrival. There is then no right to a refund (in any form).

Locked Up is not responsible for any accidents and/or theft. Lockers are provided to store your personal belongings during the game.

There are cameras and microphones in the rooms to monitor the game and help participants with certain puzzles. By entering a room one gives explicit permission for this. The images are never stored and used for purposes other than those described above.

Drug and/or alcohol use is prohibited during the game. A general smoking ban applies at the Locked Up location. If these rules are violated or there are serious indications of this, access to the game will be denied. In this case, no refund is possible, as stated in art.1 §2.

Any damage caused will be fully recovered from the person responsible or the person who made the reservation, plus €30 administration costs. After all, damage to the room can have a negative effect on the gaming experience of the teams that come after you.

The game mainly consists of challenges such as thinking exercises. Some challenges may require moving or shifting something, but this will never require force.   You are not expected to disassemble, loosen or break furniture, appliances or other stuck items. Things that are not part of the game are also marked as such.

Cell phones, smartphones, cameras or any kind of recording materials are not allowed in the rooms. It is explicitly forbidden to take video or photo material in the rooms. If we notice that recordings are being made in the rooms, we reserve the right to stop the game and remove or confiscate the recordings. If the recordings are shared via the internet or other media without express written permission, damages will be claimed.

Sharing solutions, riddles, puzzles, etc. with others in any way (Facebook, Instagram, X or other social media) is also explicitly prohibited.
